(Industries)  Six we know cold

We don't try to serve everyone.

Six industries, twenty-plus years. We can talk shop with a creative director, a controller, a plant manager, a managing partner, or a practice administrator — because we've been doing it for more than two decades.

Industry 01

Ad & Creative agencies

Creative teams live on deadline. File sizes are enormous. The workflow moves through Adobe, Figma, Frame.io, and whatever new tool the new senior designer brought with them. When something breaks, it broke thirty minutes before the client review.

We've been running IT for NJ-area agencies since 2005. Mac-first environments, tuned for creative pipelines, with a helpdesk that knows the difference between a Wacom driver issue and an Adobe CC cache problem.

Stack we support macOS · Adobe Creative Cloud · Figma · Frame.io · LucidLink · Slack · Monday · Box · Dropbox · Google Workspace · Jamf · Wacom · Blackmagic

Industry 02

Manufacturers

A stopped line is a stopped business. ERP on-prem, CAD stations with specific GPU requirements, shop-floor PCs running Windows 10 because the CNC vendor never certified 11, and an OT network that needs to stay away from the IT one.

We've supported NJ manufacturers for almost twenty years. We know what SCADA looks like. We know why you can't just push a patch to the kiosk by the loading dock. We plan around your shifts, not around our tickets.

Stack we support SAP B1 · NetSuite · Microsoft Dynamics · SolidWorks · AutoCAD · Epicor · Infor · Fortinet · Meraki · OT/IT segmentation · Windows Server · RDS

Industry 03

Property management

Dozens of sites. Inconsistent ISPs. Cellular failover that only kicks in when you remember to test it. A portal that absolutely cannot go down on the first of the month. Residents who expect the Wi-Fi in the lobby to work because it's 2026.

We design property-management IT around two constants: your on-site staff are not technicians, and your portfolio grows unevenly. Every site we set up follows the same template so the tenth acquisition looks like the first.

Stack we support Yardi · AppFolio · Buildium · RealPage · Entrata · Meraki MX · Ubiquiti · SonicWall · 4G/5G failover · VoIP · multi-site VPN

Industry 04

Law firms & legal

Confidentiality is the product. The document is the asset. The billable hour is the clock. Everything about IT in a law firm has to respect those three facts.

We run document-management systems that partners will actually use, email encryption that doesn't get in the way of client communication, and security postures that hold up when a corporate client audits your firm before giving you work.

Stack we support NetDocuments · iManage · Clio · PCLaw · Tabs3 · Worldox · Microsoft 365 · Mimecast · SentinelOne · Fortinet · encrypted eDiscovery hand-off

Industry 05

Small business

The team without an IT department. You need someone to call when the printer dies the morning of a client visit, when the new hire's email won't sync, when the Wi-Fi gets weird, and when a phishing email made it past the filter.

We become the help desk, the security officer, and the vCIO — for a flat monthly fee that fits an SMB budget. Most of our small-business clients have been with us for a decade or more, because we treat the relationship as the deliverable.

Stack we support Microsoft 365 · Google Workspace · SentinelOne · Mimecast · Datto BCDR · Meraki · UniFi · VoIP · vCIO planning · cyber-insurance prep
vi.
Industry 06

Construction

A headquarters, a yard, a dozen trailers, and a workforce that's split between desks and active job sites. Plan rooms with files no one wants to lose. Field crews on tablets. Project-based access that needs to turn on and off as fast as the job does.

We design construction IT to feel like one network across every site — even when the connectivity is a temporary cellular bridge in a fifth-wheel trailer. Same login, same files, same security, regardless of where the work is happening.

Stack we support Procore · Bluebeam Revu · PlanGrid · AutoCAD · Sage 300 CRE · job-site Wi-Fi · cellular failover · field-tablet MDM · trailer VoIP & networking

Didn't see your industry?
Still worth a call.

If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you — and we probably know someone who is.
